On a production level Remco Bakker is active in organizing and managing its own productions, ranging from documentaries to corporate films. This discipline falls under the Pro Oog brand.

In the more than 30 years that Remco has been working on Film and TV sets, an extensive professional network has developed. Allowing him to know the right people to get the job done: journalists, writers, art directors, lighting technicians, grips, editors, composers, voice-over artists, colorists, and so on.

The first documentary  was made in 2023, and a number of projects are currently in pre-production.

His interest has also been piqued towards sustainable and responsible enterprises. He is actively building  a netwerk of like-minded companies with the goal of delivering authentic and visually appealing productions that organizations can proudly show to the world.
